About Her Wellness & Pelvic Health

A mobile women’s pelvic floor therapy. Home health services are brought to you, in your home. This makes it easier to utilize what you have at home, reduces the need for childcare, and limits stress that comes with going to appointments.

About your pelvic floor therapist, Rachel.

I am an occupational therapist who has been working in home health for Southeast Denver since 2022 for ages 18+. I have worked as a therapist in trauma hospitals treating ICUs, inpatient rehab, neuro, ortho, cardiology, and more. I was on Covid Team during the pandemic where I worked with individuals on the ventilator and helped progress early mobility to wean patients off the vent, to create better outcomes for getting people home. I work closely with patients who have had spinal cord injuries, strokes, traumatic brain injuries, Gillian Barre, and more.

I have been working in the background and learning about pelvic floor therapy since 2021 as I found it a topic of need for all ages in my practice.

I became a Mama in 2024 to a beautiful baby girl and realized the rehabilitation I required during pregnancy & postpartum. Getting an appointment for pelvic floor therapy was so difficult due to the high demand. After having a little one, I realized how helpful it was for people to come to me for care. So, I treated myself, applied my knowledge and developed my practice.
