What is Pelvic Floor Therapy?

Pelvic floor therapy is evaluation and treatment completed by a specialize occupational therapist or physical therapist. This service is highly individualized. Pelvic floor functioning goes beyond the structure but integrates nervous system, musculoskeletal, mental health, your every day routines, and much more.

As an occupational therapist, I take a holistic approach to treatment and evaluation for your wellness & pelvic health. My goal is to maximize your quality of life so you do not have to worry about symptoms and/or discomfort.
