I do not accept insurance. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover preparatory services and will only provide a limited number of visits. This impacts my ability to give you the best care possible. I do provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I require your to tell me you need to cancel 24 hours in advance. No shows will be charged the entire visit. Last minute cancellations after the 24 hour window, will cost $50.

You will be charged $50 to reserve an appointment with me but that will go towards the overall price.

Evaluation is $170. Treatment is $110/visit. I accept HSA/FSA.
